Love and lost

Behind the body, there was a heart.
Beyond the heart, there was a soul.
She knew it all along,
even when everybody else thought there was no soul inside him.
But she'd always known he needed just a chance
So she did, she gave him a try.
He had it, proving she was right.
He had it, proving that he loved her as much as she loved him.
That, was enough, for the two of them.
That, was exactly what she'd always wanted,
what she'd always needed.
And then, she lost him.
And he lost her.
And the stars stopped rising
And the sun stopped lighting the world.
But she knew she had to believe in Hope and Fate,
in spite of all the pain she was living
and she knew that her world would be whole again.


Dietro il corpo, c'era un cuore.
Dietro il cuore, c'era un'anima.
L'aveva sempre saputo, anche quando tutti gli altri pensavano che non ci fosse nessun'anima in lui.
ma lei aveva sempre saputo che lui aveva solo bisogno di un'occasione, così fece, gliene offrì una.
lui la colse, dimostrandole che aveva ragione.
lui la colse, dimostrandole di amarla quanto lei lo amava.
questo era abbastanza per loro. questo era esattamente ciò che aveva sempre voluto, ciò di cui aveva sempre avuto bisogno.
e poi, l'aveva perso. e lui aveva perso lei.
e le stelle avevano smesso di sorgere e il sole di illuminare il mondo.
ma lei sapeva di dover credere nella Speranza e nel Fato, nonostante tutto il dolore che stava affrontando e sapeva che il suo mondo sarebbe di nuovo tornato intero.
